Traditionally, the organization offered an in-office flu clinic, but this year, coronavirus had them thinking outside the box about the employee experience.
With all of their 1,100 employees working remotely, the organization worked with The West Egg Group to transport a nurse to each employee’s home to administer the flu shot. This initiative meant that staff did not have to take time away from work and risk COVID-19 exposure by having to visit their doctor’s office. And, it reduced the stress of having to coordinate the appointment on their own. All benefits greatly appreciated by employees. “The fact that they adapted it and could come straight to our homes while we were working remotely is incredible,” said one Klick Health employee.
